- Check-in from 3:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.
- Up to 11 guests overnight, and no extra visitors without asking first.
- No parties or events. Airbnb bans them, and so do we.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound carries from the deck, and the neighbours are close.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out.
- No pets, including visiting ones.
- The garage is not part of the rental. Please keep out of it.
- No fireworks of any kind, sparklers included. They are illegal here and the summer fire risk is real.
- Turn the fireplace off before bed and whenever everyone leaves.
- Leave the trash bins where they are. A service moves them on Monday.
If something breaks, tell us. Accidents happen, and we would rather fix it before the next guests arrive than find out from them.
