The wifi is down
The router is in the living room, on the media center. Unplug it, wait thirty seconds, plug it back in. Give it three minutes. This fixes it about nine times in ten. If it does not, text us.
Power is out in one room
A breaker has probably tripped. The panel is not in a guest area, so text us and we will sort it out.
Water where it should not be
Turn the small valve on the pipe under the toilet or sink clockwise until it stops, then call us rather than texting. Water damage gets worse by the minute.
Anything else
Text rather than email. Include a photo if you can — it usually saves a round trip of questions.
